At SHA, we are committed to achieving excellent results for our more than 60 hospital patients and 117 residents. We constantly strive to not only continue to deliver the highest quality care and services but to challenge ourselves to set new goals and reach new heights.

We have worked closely with Thunderbird Leadershipto create the right mix of cultural and resource support, positioning us to meet very high demands for leadership, innovation, quality service and employee productivity. All Leaders in our Hospitals and Nursing Centers participate in the SHA University process. The result is an approach to organizational excellence that works because it is supported by our board, by our senior team and owned and driven by every one of our 450+ employees.
