Visiting Hours
Visiting hours are daily from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm on all floors except the 2nd floor (ICU). Second floor visiting hours are from
2 pm to 8 pm. All visitors must sign in at the Reception/Security desk.

Parking
Visitor parking is available for free in the back lot which is entered through “C” Street NE. Limited street parking is available with
2 hour time limits.

Public Transportation
The Hospital is easily accessible by Metrobus and Metrorail. Closest Metrorail stations are Union Station (Red Line) and Eastern Market (Orange/Blue lines). For specific Metrobus stops, please call Metro at (202) 637-7000 or visit their site at wmata.com
 
Cafeteria/ Vending
The cafeteria is located on Level A. Hours of operation are:

• Breakfast 7:30 am to 8:45 am
• Lunch 11:30 am to 2:00 pm

Vending Machines are available on the 1st floor (next to the Main Lobby) and Level A to the left of the Visitor Elevators

Gift Shop
The gift shop is located in the Main Lobby. It is open daily and offers gifts, sundries, and snacks.
